Policies

A $400 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

In the event of a cancellation, refunds are made only if the unit can be re-rented for your time period. Travel insurance is available and highly recommended.  

For the comfort of our guests the unit has a no-smoking, no-pet policy.  

Check out time 10:00 am , check-in is 2:00 pm . If you have an evening flight, late checkout can be pre-booked for ½ the nightly rate.

Rates shown are for 2 people.  An additional adult or child is $10 per night.  4 guests (of any age) is the maximum allowed in the unit.  

12.42% Hawaii State tax (prior to July 1, 2010)
13.42% Hawaii State tax (after July 1, 2010)
and an $80 out-cleaning fee are additional.

* Filler rates - If you can book the entire time between 2 existing bookings we’ll give you a discount on your stay.  

The normal minimum stay is 7 nights. Stays under 7 nights will be considered upon request, however, and are always allowed if you check-in or check-out on the same day as another guest.
